Point balances expire after 12 months of gaming inactivity. Point balances, free slot play balances, and any other offers or promotions are non-transferable, including upon death. Management reserves the right to adjust account status/points due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud, or other misuse of the Winners Club card.
